Ever wondered what goes into organic soil? Organic growers replanish the soil after harvest in preperation for next year's planting season. A lot goes on down below while the soil is seemingly resting. 

On this day, we also plant our lovely garlic for next year. 

Our 34 raised beds are friendly for those with mobility isuess or those not wanting to get down on the ground. You may do as much or as little as you like :)

The cost is $10/person and includes a cup of tea or a glass of Kombucha. Add an extra $5 for light lunch.
