Ready to buy a farm & start an organic farm over 20 years ago, something always interrupted that dream. One of the biggest problems was lack of money, though there were certainly many others. Some known and some unknown, I'm realizing now.

While the dream was on hold, there was no reason for not living sustainably in the city in the meantime. Reducing carbon foot by taking public transportation, not leaving lights on, keeping the house cooler/warmer than average, switching lawns for trees, shrubs, flowers & food...... you know.

There finally came a day when it was time. Wagon's west......and then......wagon's back east, lol. but finally here.

We had finally found that utopic dream spot....or had we?
